Limited Liability Company is a new concept which blends benefits of having limited liability of a limited corporation with the simplicity of a partnership. earlier form of partnerships did not protect the partners from the liability of business, However in case of LLP the partners are independent of liability of partners.

The process starts with the documentation followed by the digital signature and director identification number for each partner / designated partner.

Step No-1 : Digital Signature :

To obtain digital signature we require pan card, address proof and color photograph of the applicant. Download DSC form of TCS for Class2 signature

Step No-2 : DIN (Director Identification Number) of all the Designated Partner :

Prerequisite to begin the registration process of the co. we require pan card, address proof and colour photograph of all the directors. This process is an online process which requires certification from a practicing CA/CS/CWA, annexure-I is the authorization for the same.

Step No-3 : Name Availability of LLP :

Promoters need to provide six names of the proposed company in order of preference along with significance of words used. Kindly refer the name availability guidelines

Step No-4 : Drafting of LLP Agreement :

After the name of the LLP is approved an agreement between partners is entered.

Step No-5 : payment of ROC Fee and Incorporation :

After payment of the prescribed fee. The issuance of certificate of incorporation is the final stage of the process.
