One Person Company Registration
One Person Company is the new form of business introduced by the companies Act, 2013. it can have only one shareholder. The maximum capital can be Rs. 50 Lcs and turnover has to be restricted at 2 Crores. An OPC is also private limited company and is considerred as separate unit distinct from the identity of its promoters. The time required to register a company depends on documentation, availability of digital signature and name approval of the company by the ROC.
